Walmart - Store

I have been treying for days to get customer service and a department at Walmart, Mohegan Lake, NY. No one answers the phone and when picked up they hang up. I also went to the store to see whay and they said there cust. service number goes into a changing room. What is with this. Unacceptable Drove 40 mins to see if someone could help me in recreation and no one available.
