On February 18th About 4PM in the afternoon I had an appointment to return and finish up my taxes, I didn't get greeted by the receptionist so I sat and waited for the tax preparer finished with the other customer so I can see her. As I sat there for 30 minutes another customer came in she was greeted with a hello how can I help you? The lady said she is here to file her taxes the receptionist ask the customer for some documents and said have a seat that she will be next. (I said to myself I know I came in before her but ok lets see what will take place.) so going forward the one tax preparer was finish with the customer before me. So the tax preparer came to the front to get the next person which was me, but the unprofessional receptionist said that the other people that came in after me was next. So I said to the tax preparer that I been sitting her for 30 minutes and I came in before the people that you are about to see, the receptionist never greeted me or ask me what would I be coming in for today ... this is not the first time she has ignored my presence and I let the tax preparer know that she was very unprofessional and if I was younger I would have the attitude to pull her from behind that counter...the receptionist proceeds to ask who I'm talking about and I said why because no one is talking to you ... she says well you talking about me with your Fat [censored] If You Don't Like What I Did You Can Wobble Your Fat [censored] On Out Of Here and said a matter of fact I will call the police on you and have you escorted out. So the Tax Preparer told me to just go home... Which at this time I'm embarrassed and leave my W2's behind and I just want to get my paperwork and go somewhere else where it's much more professional. I feel that she should never represent someones business unprofessionally ever.
