Whenever I go to Kay the employees are always very rude. I am newly engaged and my fiancé bought my ring from another store and not Kay. I went in today to look at weeding bands and the worker tells me, ‘ don't get something that will power your engagement ring, or he can just get you a new ring'. Why would someone in customer service ever say that to someone. On top of that my sister purchased a diamond infinity ring through Kay about 8 years ago now. For the last 6 months I have been going in every 3 weeks to a month due to diamonds falling out in the SAME spot which was AFTER the diamond got repaired. Prior to this they tried telling me that I was not covered under my lifetime warranty even though I was in within that 6 month window. Kay told me that they would order me a new ring and they wouldn't charge me for it. After 2 months of not hearing that my ring is was in I decided to call and ask what was going on. They then told me that there was an issue with this ring and that it was taking long to come in. I finally ordered another ring for no charge and I am awaiting it's arrival. Bottom line the customer service sucks and the jewelry there is not good quality. I am so thankful that my fiancé bought my engagement ring somewhere else and not kay! I think they should look into people who have manners and are not so pushy if you don't have your credit card in their face. I will never purchase from here again and have been telling my friends and family to stay far away.
