The seats in front of mine slid back while the bus started moving and took up all my leg space, hurting my legs. There was absolutely no space left for me and I could barely sit through the ride. I also have a medical condition, the pain from which got exacerbated due to this issue. Not only this, but the seat ahead continued to slide and push back all the way to being almost attached to my seat. This was made worse by the fact that my own seat did not at all recline and the stop buttons on the roof did not work. I was left extremely uncomfortable, and am nearly traumatized by the experience. My leg is still hurting from the seat hitting it and so is my back from the awkward posture I had to assume for 4+ hours. I am extremely dissatisfied and might take legal action if I am not refunded my money
Desired outcome: I want my tickets refunded since I had an extremely distressing trip and did not get my money’s worth and ended up getting hurt
