The store advertises the acceptance of mobile payments, but I have not been able to use my Apple Pay once. I rarely carry my wallet around, especially if I'm running to the supermarket or my local Kmart or Target. Mobile payments are the next big thing, and Kmart is the ONLY huge corporation/department store that does not accept mobile payments in store. Please fix this. Kmart is struggling to stay open, but can't even make payments more accessible for customers. I had to forfeit important item today because though they have signs for Tap and Go payments (mobile payments like Apple Pay) they don't actually accept it. This is the 21st century people! The store is also just sad. The escalators/cart escalators are broken every other day, it's dirty, etc. The workers do not seem to have a clue about sales, payments, etc and are generally not nice people. This is my local department store and I want to see them do great, but they're failing terribly.
