Ordered Camera last July. Purchased a Nikon D750 for around $1, 500. Lately, I noticed the autofocus wasn't working properly. Took it to a local shop and they verified that was indeed the case. Emailed Red Tag Camera and they said, well they didn't do the servicing on the camera and that a card should have come with the camera. No card in box, although there is an invoice stating that there is a 1 year warranty. Because I can't find the card, they say, "We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you." Inconvenience? They are a ripoff. Don't ever buy anything from them. They only sell "Grey Market" camera's and lenses and you will not get anyone to work on them for you. Nikon won't even talk to me. You will have as I do an expensive paperweight. The U.S. government should put them out of business as fraudsters. In order for me to be satisfied, they would have to send me either a new camera or agree to fix the autofocus problem. $1, 500 is a LOT of money to me, and I had planned on having this camera for a long time. Now I'm stuck with a piece of crap.

I recently purchased a NEW Canon 7D Mark II body from Red Tag. The first body that I received was completely set up and had 1534 photos already taken. Also, the battery life was only one day even though the camera was turned off. Red Tag replaced the body but the replacement body would not focus correctly resulting in blurry photos. I finally ran out of patience and sent the camera to Canon Repair to be repaired. Maybe I was the unusual case but I would not buy from Red Tag again.
