Arnold Cariaso is a Philipino monkey who currently and mysteriously got a gig as “Office Manager” at Regus Office Suites located at 14 Wall Street, 20th Floor, New York NY 10005, Tel [protected] where each and every day he bullies and lords it over everyone else including his staff and the clients/tenants of that office suite, threatening and extorting anyone and everyone in his path, and squeezing every last penny out of anyone he can find.

The problem with Regus Office Space as it is, is that this idiotic octopus-like predatory international Israeli-owned company literally charges its tenants/clients for each and every single thing offered in their office suite at rates that are beyond reasonable - $10 for a small bottle of water or $3 for a wooden pencil for example.

Regus inherited the mantle of the once bankrupted HQ Global Suites and has, since taking that company over, been even more ruthless and merciless in their collection tactics, extortionate behavior, and lack of compassion to everyone they encounter.

Regus, through the criminal activity and behavior of Arnold Cariaso and his evil staff minions Renay Savino and Carmen Fotiadis, go through and rip open your US Mail, divert your mail and lose your faxes, tell your clients you don’t have an office there, steal your mail/property, instruct the security guards and staff not to let your clients upstairs (their chief security b**** is Andre downstairs who carries out their sick evil instructions for anyone that Regus doesn’t like), they are racist towards Black, Spanish, or Muslim clients and tenants, they overcharge you each month on their billing statements, they scare your clients away by telling them bad things about you, they verbally and physically attack your clients who are waiting for you in the lobby, they interfere with your client relationships, they talk behind your back to other tenants in the building, they interfere with your ability to build business relationships with others on the floor in the office suite space, and openly humiliate you as much as they can in front of your visiting clients.

If you complain about any of the above they will send jack-booted armed thugs like Charles Spearing to your office or house to physically assault and intimidate you to get you to leave their space voluntarily, “or else, ” calling you a “licensee” rather than a “tenant, ” which is both an illegal and unethical method of getting rid of you with no notice or a court order, where they have to start eviction proceedings first.

If you want to present a professional, friendly, efficient, compassionate, and open office environment to your clients, then please DO NOT choose Regus Office Suites to open your office - as these idiots will create an environment for you which is EXACTLY the opposite.
