We have four items we are still waiting for delivery . When we go to the Morningside USPS NYC 10026. We some time get parcels that are held at other center(125 st) for 15 days past. when we go usps at 10026 center and they say the same thing again (Your package is being yelled at 10027 facility . When we go to USPS at 10027 NYC they say your package is at 10026 ( The clerk Latino male (125 center) stated they to lazy to look for your items) he said (primping and pimping) Here the four items we have "NOT" received ; 9400109699939168220746, 9274890140825118144909, 9261290140825118144989, 9449010200828113980515 . Two of the items is past 20 days that the shipper have toll us that we supposed have received the items.
Some time in the past we discovered that our item was in a DROP BOX AT 125 st NYC 10027 ?
All these items have insurance on it. but if we do not received item with in several days we are going to notify the seller.
USPS need to constantly reevaluated their employee and employee clients professional care and courtesy .
We have a tracking number AND YET TRACKING PACKAGES ARE STILL BEING HELDED ILLEGALLY AND LOST OR STOLEN .
WHY SHOULD WE PAID FOR A USPS POSTAL BOX ( WHICH SHOULD HAVE PROFESSIONAL PRIORITY COURTESY AND CARE) BUT YET WE HEAR EMPLOYESS LAUGHING AND GIGGLING LIKE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT FEDERAL MAILS AND PARCELS . WE HEAR USPS EMPLOYEE STATING THEY CONTROL THE FEDERRAL GOVERNMENT AND NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTROL THEM . USPS NEED TO HIRED COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH FOUR YEAR DEGREE AND have MULTIPLES ROTATION OF EMPLOYEE AND LOCATION WITH CONSTANT DRUG TESTING AND REEVALUATION OF FEDERAL MAIL CLIENT COURTESY AND PROFESSIONAL CARE OF FEDERAL MAILS AND FACIOLITIES
