Ignorant customer support rep, suggested my institution to contact WES directly through on-line customer service form and upload documents electronically

Desired outcome: the authenticity of my documents are supported by the bound and stamped format more than a pre-printed envelop would have ever proved it.
World Education Services [WES] - Unprofessional evaluators that use google translate and have absolutely no knowledge about the school system they’re evaluating
They evaluate inaccurately and do not resolve the problem. They have information of the school systems on their website and the evaluators don't abide by them and make your education level look less than what you really have. They can ruin people's careers before they even begin by giving inaccurate information to schools and the companies that require an evaluation.
