The United States Social Security Administration - being totally ignored and the my son has to pay by losing his SSI during appeal second month

By 3 days getting the letter three days latel. Mr. T. Rodriguez and miss Solo decided my son was not allowed to continue getting his check until his appeal is reached.

I received a letter from him the same day, I received a letter stating my son wanted the payment to continue. He said he did not receive my request on time. But I had a good reason It could be changed. I called him as soon as I received the letter left a message. Never called back. called again a week later still no response answering machine... LEAVE MESSAGE. I did again. no answer. When to Taconic resources to get help she call left him a message still no answer. And tried again a fourth time at her office RECORDING.

I wanted to let him know that I tried to call the day I receive mail from SS Office and called them and was put on hold for 40 minutes in one day. No answer hung up.

The letter said Gulfport MI instead of Poughkeepsie, NY. the date was also wrong.

I thought everything went in promptly. The letter stated if I had a good reason he would put it through. Unfortunately I never had the chance to give him any reason, Because he never called me back. 4x

So now It is me who is put out and made to suffer.

I am a single mother of twins both suffering with mental issues trying to work partime and be there for them. I am sole provider for my mom who is 90 years young and was in the hospital 2x and my husband is dead, he is not a dead beat dad. I am now in mourning for a friend she died june 7 and I was trying to be there for her months prior.

Please tell me what you consider good cause!

I would really appreciate it if you could know what it is like to be a human being and trying really hard to do the right thing.

All I am asking is to please let my son get his SSI until his appeal.

which I was told by the Social Security Office could be a year.

Please help

Thank you

Debra Piro

Desired outcome: need desperately his SSI for may and June thats 1800 dollars taken away.
