Dallas BBQ

I am a regular customer both in the restaurant and delivery. They just made a delivery to me in which they did not include everything that I ordered. When I called the restaurant they told me they did not haves someone available to deliver the missing items and it would be too much of a hassle for them to recharge my credit card the correct amount! Really? What makes them think that I would ever want to order from them again if this is how they treat a good customer? They gained $10 but lost a regular customer.

On 2/6/20 around 7:30pm I ordered a 1/4 chicken with salad and a side of Broccoli tempura, I waited quite a while to get my order but that's customary when ordering tempura. When my order arrived at my table the platter with my chicken had 4 scattered French fries that look like they had been on someone else's plate with ketchup and all were on my plate I asked the bus boy where did the fries come from and immediately asked him to send it back to the kitchen. I immediately went to the front counter and asked for the manager, my server at one point asked what happened and as I tried to explain to her she did not appear interested and asked me to have a seat and she would bring the Manager to me. Once the Manger John arrived at my table he brought with him an extra piece of chicken, never offered an apology and a corrective measure for the kitchen, he started making excuses as to why the used French fries were on my plate. I understand that bbq is cheap eats but I would never expect to be served a platter with recycled food along with my order the weirdest thing is after taking my last bite of broccoli I found another french fry that clearly shouldn't have been on my plate. I'm very disappointed because I have been coming to various of your locations for over 20 years and I have never had anything like this ever happen to me before. I'm appalled at the response that I got and clearly I'm not satisfied. My intentions are to report this incident to the health department for further action. I refused to eat the plate of chicken and my visits to any Dallad bbq especially this location will be limited to drinks only and never anything from the kitchen. My hope is that you take this complaint serious and rectify the issues in the kitchen and back office of this location I look forward to hearing from someone with godspeed.
