On February 14, 2020 I purchased two stools during store closing time. They were marked down to $28.00 and left them at the store for next day pick-up. I came back to get them on February 15 at 8pm to take them home. I asked the cashier that I purchased them from about honoring the markdown price if they have the same Sku number. She said I could ask the manager on duty. The manager named Felix met me and my dad in the furniture area. When he came torward us he put his finger up to indicate hold on. That was very rude because I had been waiting and he can talk. That was very unprofessional and his demeanor was very unpleasant. Felix didn't want to give me my chairs I already purchased and was reluctant to assist me with making another purchase. My dad came to help me carry the stools. Felix gave me the run around to get my chairs. My dad is a diabetic and the time it took him to just get my chairs and make tags for them was very inconsiderate for him to be a manager who has training on dealing with customers. I asked him about checking the price of the chairs and he basically didn't want to do it so he gave me attitude. I spend a lot of money in this Marshall's and to be treated with such a nasty disposition has forced me to no longer be a patron of this store because of the treatment Felix gave me.
