I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a chicken slinger and pretzels. You employees avoided the window like the plague, wouldn't even come near our car, while taking care of cars behind us, because they knew we would be angry that we had been waiting for so long without even the simplest courtesy of letting us know what was taking so long. I had to ask what the holdup was, and even then, I didn't get a proper explanation. It took all that time to get a bag shoved in my face, not acknowledging that fast food does not take 25 minutes anywhere else. I did not dare to even eat the food I was given as I did not trust your employees to not have spit in my food after I expressed my annoyance at having waited so long. The phone number printed on the receipt also does not get answered, as the mailbox has not been set up, so people who have been treated poorly by this location can't even call to complain.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my order.
