My son and I ate today at Moe's in Saratoga Springs, NY (12/31/21). First of all, there was a sign that the ice machine was not working upon entry. After paying for our food at 2:28 PM, we proceeded to a table. My son needed to use the bathroom and the men's rest room was out of order, so he had to use the women's rest room. The restaurant only had a few other people dining in. Our table was filthy and it was evident it had not been wiped clean. In the time of a COVID pandemic, I imagine the restaurant manager/owner knows that he/she should be making an extra effort to clean and disinfect the establishment. Upon leaving, the trash barrel by the exit was closed, instructing us to use the other trash in the corner. The trash area is why I am complaining! The garbage was piled up on the receptacle, it smelled, and there was a fog of fruit flies flying around. In addition, the floor in the restaurant was not swept and there was food on the floor and a significant amount of food under one table on the floor. If the Board of Health had showed up today, you would be shut down. There should NEVER be this amount of uncleanliness when serving food. I am demanding my money back, as I was disgusted eating my lunch, but more disgusted when I went to throw away my trash. I am demanding a refund in the amount of $37.71, Order # [protected], Station # POS1 are the details on my receipt. I have a paper copy of my receipt if interested. Thank you.

Filthy restaurant, men's room out of order, no ice for fountain drinks, garbage overflowing and fruit flies everywhere! Disgusting!
