Banfield Pet Hospital - jill furman

We had brought our puppy tank, at age 12 weeks to get a microchip, we were told if we bring him in on a wednesday between the hours of 9am-11am, it would cost us $29.95, so we did, what a mistake, we waited 31/2 hours, and the vet did"nt even know how to give a local to him, we were treated very rudely. I contacted the main branch they said they would take care of this, to get a call the next day and jill furman offers us to pay more to get it done, I feel that all we went through, we should'nt have to pay nothing! We were told 3-4 different things from the vets and reps, he needs to go under anestesia, a local shot, and he needs nothing at all, but there telling us how painful it is. Would you have surgery without the doctor knowing how to use the scafel? Very confussed, something will be done about this. Thanks if you can help

I have used Banfield in California for over 2 years now for all 4 of my pets and recomend them to EVERYONE I know. Both my dogs were microchipped and it went great. They did have to be put under, since it is a big needle. But I have the wellness plans so I had it done when both were already being put under for their teeth cleaning. Maybe give another banfield a chance.
