I called camba on Staten island today September 25th 2023 and asked about the inspection they are supposed to do on my new house and letting them know that I'm supposed to be out by this weekend and what should I do and the woman said that I have to figure that out on my own as well as had a very nasty attitude and would not give me her name and stated that she didn't care if I was to go homeless with my children and to figure something out when they were the ones who kept sending back my paperwork back to the new landlord for 3 days in a row

I called for an appointment with camba in may 18 2022 . They gave me the run around. I came to the office I was treated unfairly they refused to open the door and laughed at me while I was at the door I called the governors office and she was able to get the supervisor to come outside and collect my paper work . My paper work was lost so I resubmitted it Monday I finally got my appointment today 3/16/23 after almost waiting a year ! Today I was told the only thing they could do is give me advice . I am in a rent rears of 10,336. I am a single mother trying to make it I don't wanna become homeless due to this . I applied for a one shot deal and haven't had any luck .

Ive called this Staten Island office for help regarding back rent ! I was never given a appointment so I decided to walk in to see if I can get help they denied to speak to me , I've reached out to the Staten Island governors office , they couldn't get in touch with the Staten Island office but they weee able to get in touch with the Brooklyn office director , the director was able to get in contact with the supervisor he came outside and took my documents and told me someone with call me , I was given a appointment now my appointment isn't in the system

I applied with camba to prevent me and my babies from being homeless. As promised in april 2019 is when i filled out all paper work . By july first all paper work is complete there should be nothing else i need to give to get the help i need... (mind you she knows about the eviction notice)

Til this day she is still asking me for paper work i already gave her. And now i have 2 weeks until marshalls put me and my family out... she didnt help me do anything but waste my time. She wont give me my voucher because she needs a bogus letter that she already has. She is not doung her job
