I visited BK inside Destiny USA in Syracuse N.Y. Jan ** **** about *:** pm There was no one else in line. The person that was supposed to wait on people had his back to the counter and was talking to * other employees thru the food up window. The * employees saw me standing there. They were talking about paying personal bills. The * men that were in back looking out could see me standing there waiting. They did not tell the counter person I was there, They totally ignored me and kept talking about personal BS. I did not say anything to the counter person because his coworkers saw me standing there waiting. All this time no other customers were there. I waited for about * min. and they all just kept talking about there bills and paying them. Again the * in back saw me there and still I was totally ignored. I have been a fan of BK for many years, I use the coupons i get in the mail all the time. But after the way I was treated at the Destiny BK. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT BK AGAIN. I refuse to give business to any establishment that treats people LIKE THEY ARE NOT THERE. You DO NOT bring your personal problems to your work place.
Desired outcome: Will NEVER go to BK again.
