Wow.. On 12/12/2019, k at about 7 PM, I went through the drive thru. The employee was very nice and professional as I ordered and the same when I pulled up. I had to wait a little because I had an order that called for no tomatoes on the sandwich. I was waiting.. waiting... which was no problem. The employee who took my order was very professional. I paid my bill and was waiting because I knew it was a special order w/o the tomatoes. Then, a male, I believe was the manager, came to the window and in a demanding way asked me what I ordered. I told him. He then tried to charge me again, only about $6 more than normal, for what I had already paid for. He was very rude. I told him I already paid for my order (I've ordered the same thing many times and know what I'm supposed to pay). He abruptly shut the window and walked away.
During my time at the window, I saw what I thought was not manager like from who I think was the manager toward the employees. It concerned me because if the employees are being harassed, what is my food going to be like? You need another manager there I think.
Finally, when I got my food, he, I think the manager, brought it to my window. I asked him where the nice employee went that originally took my order. He said she was working "up front". I asked if I could speak to her. A few moments later, she showed up at the window and I told her she was very professional and if she made any mistakes I was alright with it but her boss, the manager, was by far the worst boss I've seen from my view from the window. I told her to hang in there. She sighed and said, "Thank you."
Get ride of that guy. He is not what you need to manage your Sonic. If I have any other problems with him I will never eat at that Sonic again. He is a menace and really does not know how to present for your company.
