I am upset because I came in ; running late. There was a line so I asked customers if they where purchasing with cash because I needed change and I knew from the past, you must buy something in order for the employee to open the register. Everyone was using cards so I got in the back of the line and waited. When it was my turn - I decided to play a few lotto numbers (3) I gave the employee a 10. Bill and ask if she also could give me 4 quarts with my change. She open up and said; I don’t have any ones. I’ll be right back - she comes back counting a few ones. Then she give me a 5. And 1. Dollar which was my change. I said I needed change & one dollar bills /and she decided there wasn’t enough to help me. I understand the rules… I shop at Stewart all over the region. I just felt I have been coming for change for about two weeks now because I lost my bus pass. I guess I want more understanding being this is a neighborhood/Family store.

Desired outcome: Just speak with and remind them….. in the morning Am times You will receive change throughout that day…… and could help customers in need ~ I did look of sound body and mind. Helping is there neighboring thing to do
