The Salvation Army USA - employee including manager

I am writing not so much about the entire employee staff, even though they need to be a little bit more frendlier as well, but about the store manager!
She is the most un-freindly unprofessional manager I have ever known to manage other's and to be the face of a location's franchise!
Not only is she unfriendly, but she is caught gossiping to other employee's about store costumer's. I have also seen her spitefully have costumer's pay more for an item accusing someone of changing the tag's, when it's clear she is just mad at how employee's priced the item too low! She never give's you eye-contact nor does she give a crap less, if she make's you wait so she can count the drawer, even if you were standing there before she started! I don't know how many time's I was waiting at the counter to be rung up or be helped to see something, and she would totaly ingnore my presence and start playing with rubberband's and paper cut-out's. Wow Girl, I'm so impressed!
She constantly has a puss on her face and toally make's it known she doesn't like you, which is soo humiliating and unprofessional!
Why she is still working here after all other comlaint's is beyond me!
I am sure they can find another spanish speaking woman that has better people and managemagerial skill's then this one!
She should not be allowed to try and intimidate costumer's with her dirty look's and her unprofessional relationship with other employee's!
She took my kindess for weekness and ran way to far with it!
Now, I need to put a stop to it! You are an employee of Salvation Army and you work for the public! We are not under you nor are you above us! We are not your employee's and we come first! We respect you, now you treat us with the same decencey and respect! You are to fix problem's not create them, and remember, the costumer is alway's right! If the tag read's a price, by law you are not to change it unless you have witnessed the costumer change tag's or on video camera. But I doubt the costumer has a stapler dangeling in their left pocket!
If I over hear her gossip one more time about a costumer, or give one more dirty look, or put her own time before a costumer's need's, I will call her out on it, which I want to avoid all together! You Salvation Army should want me to avoid all together!
If you care about your costumer's, you will have her brush up on her managemagerial skill's before you lose good costumer's! Or you will give her a warning!
I have worked in the mortgage industry for year's, managing an entire group, and I would hide under the table and die if I witnessed one of my loan officer's treat any of the potential borrower's the way she has! Then I would crawl up from the dead and quickly fire their [censored]!
Your entire crew at this west babylon location need's a brush up on thier people skill's!
The only kind one is the two men who work in the back!
Thank you for your time and God Bless!
