Barnes & Noble Booksellers - rude male manager at white plains store

Ok, I honestly don't know where to go. I have complained and wrote about this terrible male manager at barnes & noble, that we will call mr. K (At the white plains store, in the city center). I work at barnes & noble and I just want to say that this is the 3rd or 4th time that this manager has been disrespectful to me. He's called me names like a liar, when I have presented facts. Honestly, all I am trying to do is work. They lied to me, telling me that they can work around my schedule when in fact they don't want to. Each time I change my availability to what I can work, I am told that I can be fired. I feel mentally abused at this job and I plan to quit. But I feel like someone should know. The managers at the white plains store don't do anything. The job is physically demanding and we are underpaid (As in we only get $8. 75).

I don't feel like this is the type of environment that anyone should work in. I feel, truly, that I am a good worker. But the management doesn't seem to recognize this. This particular manager is evil. He has the worst attitude and I feel he should be fired. I don't understand why there is need to threaten a worker's job because they have other obligations like school or another job. Yet, this is exactly what is being done at this b&n. The management team doesn't take into consideration how much an individual may be doing. They don't care about their workers.

Its not fair, our pay should reflect our effort. But at b & n this is not so! This manager should be fired!
