On 6/7/21 around 11:30 am we stopped at the Nathans Famous on Central park ave, Yonkers, NY. First when we went to open the door they were locked yet several customers were already waiting for there orders. After five minutes I went to the drive thru window and someone said they would open, obviously whoever opened the front doors didn't unlock it, those in there went from rear entrance. Now upon waiting patiently for three to five minutes a cashier, Joseph Samarneh said next! In placing our order which he seemed confused in entering it on register that he asked another employee for help. Forgetting to give us a number after several minutes I asked Joseph and he said he gave one to me? Finally he realized he didn't. While waiting for the order I asked for a couple condiments that are prepackaged & that took five minutes. He also kept other customers waiting on line as he walked away to talk with another worker by the grill. When we received our order mine was the wrong order! Several customers including us were treated very unprofessional & disrespectful. As for my family we will not return there & I will post my experience on my Facebook & other social media forums. To add more insult upon leaving I asked for a cup for some water & he took a soda cup & was at register asking for $3.04! Based on his performance & attitude customers will leave based on his unprofessionalism. I hope this matter will be addressed & not left unspoken too.
Desired outcome: Address & retrain or take off front area that deals with customer.
