Very long line with one woman working the counter (older lady long ponytail). She apologized because she was only one working. She repeatedly called for help because there was a line as well as an individual next door at the meatball place. A very unpleasant girl argued loudly with her and only came to the counter after the plaza supervisor came over to help. Miss unpleasant complained loudly and continously while serving the one guy waiting. She stood behind the register and was glaring at the rest of us while slamming items around and arguing with other employees. She never helped at Popeye's, though she wore the uniform. She turned around and went back to the back, accompanied by another crashing sound.
Very rude and uncomfortable for everyone.
Other staff was great.
