I took the day off to go up there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I first pulled I had an uneasy feeling on seeing kids there that day and no adults. Anyway... My hood is up and they are changing the oil when I noticed my engine smoking because the kid spilled oil all over it. I asked the one guy what the problem was and he replied there was too much pressure on the oil pump, and I'm thinking how come it's only a problem with my vehicle? So they filled up some container they had there and used that to put the oil in. Well the kid finished up and they started on my tire rotation. I went up in the air and then back down again. It was a few minutes watching the scramble around for parts. Well after a few minutes they got the lift working and my rotation was complete. So I went home not happy with mainly to oils being spilled all over my engine but I did a better cleaning job when I got home. Thinking that was the end of it until I happen to notice a puddle of oil underneath my truck on the garage floor. Thinking ok... maybe the oil that had spilled onto the skid plate was just finding it's way down but NO!.. Still leaking oil! I have contacted them a couple of times no with no response! I am not at all happy with Fred Martin!
Desired outcome: Find out why oil is leaking after your oil change and fix it no matter what damage they may have caused!!
