This place is a joke. I've been a regular customer check in 2 times every week. Today I got turned down with the comments that 10:30 am is too early to check in and will charge extra 20 dollar. The front desk guy @ Pfeiffer road did not even take a moment to check if there are any vacant rooms. Even the star hotel like Hyatt place never turned me down for early check in around 11am. I give very poor rating to this unit and i'm never gonna come back to this hotel.
