CiCi's Pizza - Manager is very rude

On January 22, we went to your location at 792 Eastgate S Dr Cincinnati, OH 45245. The manager tried to take our game cards which totaled $20 for using kids meal coupons. Charged us for pop when we ordered water. Then was talking about us at the counter to another employee which I heard. This manager needs to be removed from any customer service role. I've never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. This location is never busy, and now I know why. I will not be back.

Desired outcome: Manager needs addressed
