So I came in to ask for some help on the type of oil I would need for my car. At first the associate at the register didn't know and said oh here's the guy you would ask, the other employee was wearing a red shirt he was younger and I didn't get to catch the name on his name tag. I went in around 5:00 pm today. So I proceed to ask him he then looks it up and tells me. I go and grab the oil and then ask if he would help me outside and show me where to pour the oil. He comes outside seems very annoyed and doesn't say much I ask him a few questions and he stands there and asks me if I know what I'm doing which clearly if I ask for your help I don't. I was polite when I asked him for the assistance. He seemed to smirk and have an attitude when he saw I didn't know how to do it. I was very irritated after leaving this place because for one I thought places like autozone were there to help there customers and give them a hand when asked not make them feel stupid or like they are a complete burden even though I'm pretty sure customer service is in the job description. Next time I'll just save myself the headache and stress of "annoying" someone to do there job and go else where. Thanks for the "service" hope it made you feel good to make me feel stupid for asking for help.
