I have been a premium customer of sheetz for well over 3 years and have been constantly being bashed by this employee. She has constantly been non stop nasty to me and my friends who are in the car demanding tips and asking for money to a amount I already gave her. Just now I tried getting a order through the drive through and she acted out right disrespectful to me and my brother in law in the passenger. Also then tossed my change down on the ground but she said you guys are having a “change shortage” as she drops my change on the ground. I have been to a lot of places and restaurants even fast food places with a thousand times more respect for their customer then she does. Other then her your staff is always in great spirits and respect to the customers. I’ve never been so emotionally upset over a matter so much before after the 5th or 6th time having to deal with Loretta as she definitely does not deserve to be a part of your company with the disrespect I’m sure she gives to other customers. This is happening at the location on 10315 cascade crossing in Cleveland Ohio. I really hope a correct decision is made to deal with her as I said this was one of the most worst altercations I’ve EVER had with a employee anywhere truthfully when all I’ve ever been is respectful and nice To just about anyone ever no matter who they are. Thanks and hope this gets some answers. Also have 2 witnesses if needed for all these altercations as me and my coworkers come to usually get breakfast after work.
