My county (Richland) advised us to sign up for this low cost electricity. I found a green provider of electricty and cancelled AEP. Then then sent me a bill for $100 as the cancellation fee. Don't use them. They are too cowardly to take their chances in the private marketplace and so must guarantee their profits this way. CEO is James C. Peterson.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Aep said up to 30 days for refunded deposit money after denying services what a shameless act because of someone else old bill well it's not my bill
I have talked to billmatrix and was told it would be 7 to 10 days to refunded my deposit money I explained that I have 4 children and no money it's tied up with billmatrix so there here no power and I'm single mother who is trying to get my money back to take my children were there's power
