As a loyal customer of Firestone for six years, I went to get tires and bulbs replaced but received their car a day later than expected with a broken tail headlamp. After initially trying to blame the customer, the senior technician eventually agreed that the headlamp was broken by the Firestone mechanics and promised to replace it in two days. The customer had to cancel their weekend trip to wait for the replacement. When the customer returned to pick up their car, they found that the replaced headlamp was a junkyard piece that degraded the look of the car. The customer was not given any discount despite asking several times and is considering filing a complaint or lawsuit
Desired outcome: I want the work order be done where I am right now and I don't want to go back to the same store at all & get rid of this Creepy piece of junkyard [censored].Also they didn't apply any discount which I see are available online.
