Car makes clunking sounds while driving . Literally bought it 1 month ago . Sent it to service 4 times . Each time they fix somthing. But not the original issue . Now they tell me its "cradle bushings" which are not covered under warranty. Paying close to 20, 000$ for this vehicle with a service contract . Put 3000 $ down . Now they want me to pay for repairs for issues that it had when i bought it .

Service Department is HORRIBLE! I’ve been without a car for two weeks they thought it was the shift solenoids replaced them. Now it’s the TCM that needs to be replaced and programmed. I talked to the GM and Service Manger, who by the way are Very very hard to get ahold of. They both don’t care. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone in the service department and you can’t leave a message because their voice mail is always full. I can’t rent a car to get to my new job because I was fired for not being able to get to work. I’m making payments on a car I can’t even drive. I promise you if you buy a vehicle from Byrider you most likely will have issues with it I haven’t had this car 3 months and it’s already been in the shop for two weeks. I’m not happy with this company at all.
