My account was not involved in any unlawful activity and no explanation was given on what grounds Chase decides to end relationship and close all my accounts without any notice. My payment got declined thru Zelle Quickpay today April 9, 2021 and when calling customer service I was advised that account is restricted as it was in the process of scheduled closure. I was speechless...No further information was made available, and no one cared to give me any notice. I find that absurd as this was my personal checking from which I pay all my bills and I was used to Chase website and found it very convenient for daily use. Now I have to manually re-do and re-enter all payments and all of my auto debits, recipients, etc and bank elsewhere. I feel I am discriminated and unprotected at all. I am US citizen, a business owner since 2003, a single mom with 4 kids, 2 of them have also joint accounts with me at Chase where their payroll goes to. I am very upset that I have to move all of our accounts elsewhere without being able to explain why our accounts got closed at Chase.
Desired outcome: reopening my accounts and compensating for all the mess caused
