Yes I visited your franchise on 2/18/2024 approximately at 715P; Me and my guest was seated and waiting for our server to assist us. First of all, we were not noticed for at least 10mins or more. The manager walked past us twice and did not acknowledge. This is when I spoke up nicely to see why we were not being acknowledged. The server was at the bar and stated she would be right over; I said ok... another 10min went by; at this time a group of four was seated at the bar by now... We're facing her and the bar by the way; I then noticed that she acknowledged, and prepared their beverages, then I got upset and reinerated that my guest and I was still waiting; now the bar waiters are getting their appetizers. Once again she state's she will be over, this is when I requested that we wanted to be re-seated. They did re seat us and our server was Helen; very polite and professional. I'm writing this because I made an attempt to phone Mr. Greg Herendeen and yet to speak to him; phone tagging! I really feel like this staff server were acting racist(no sure) but she stated she did not see us. Sure she did because she looked up twice after we were seated. They have Helen on receipt but she volunteered to be our server.. It was not 1 person but two at table #? not sure of original seating #
Claimed loss: Wasted time- inconvenient when my guest came from Cleveland, Oh for this terrible service/experience.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a gift card of a refund; because I'm pretty sure all Applebee restaurant are not this bad! $47.15
