Event # [protected] Dome Window in the sun room

Can a dome window be made that is 21"high, 36" across? This is not a half circle but an oval cut in half would be, which I did not know I had until the installers installed a half circle which is less window than I had before. My understanding from the installer is that a half circle would be made and legs added.

I wanted the replacement windows that were the same as the one which came out, one for one. The installers knew this dome window was not the same as the opening from the beginning. All windows were installed but the west wall of the sun room because the installer was trying to get the correct window (February 12, 2021). Days after, February 23, 2021, the installer came out to pickup his drill, left the dome window in dispute and said Pella could not make the original window. March 26, 2021 the west wall was finished with a smaller dome window. The voided space was filled in with 2 x 4's. The salesman has never addressed the problem.

Salesman said nothing about the difference in the window when he took the order in September 2020. I saw the salesman take measurements, I watch the man service man re-measure in October. To me it was a dome, half moon, whatever. I wanted the replacement to be the same window. I would not have taken the bid if Pella cannot produce the product.

Centerville (Dayton) Ohio Pella Office is the franchise I question. Sales people should not bid a job if Pella cannot make the window. Which brings up, can Pella make the dome window or the salesman sold me a bill of goods to get the job. Either way I did not get what I expected.

Right now I am telling people that Pella cannot make just any replacement window. A buyer has to take what window your given. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thank You
