Carpet has Not been Cleaned thoroughly Not shampooed just socks on the floor in one night turn 'Dirty Bed Sheet "was not 100% Either Replaced or Cean Thoroughly body fluids Dried up in the Sheet.. (book this room months ago) come in had to remove the refrigerator because it was leaking on the floor last night. The bed king size bed is uncomfortable has like rust like mold stains on the side of the bed spring seems to be like a real old mattress very Uncomfortable... Come back in today Friday Afternoon And, Somebody put me down for No Service cleaning! And I asked both people that was on duty yesterday they said they ask everybody that comes into the motel do they want the rooms cleaned or not and they had me down for no service cleaning but yet they expect me to give tips! I Cannot believe Red Roof Standards is ask Every Customer if they want rooms Cleaned when they're staying 4 days..! Payed is $80 a night. I'm a Red Roof member.. I've been using Red Roof for the last 4 or 5 years And, I doubt if I'm coming back if this is the kind of Customer Service I'm getting.. I need some adjustment in my pay that I paid out over $277 to this establishment and I need credit or some type of Refund or or Reasonable Credit...
Desired outcome: Reasonable $$ money Back out of $27790 paid out...plus Did Not Received Handicap for my Limited Mobility As Requested...
