I was in there with my family and the food was cold, the quality was horrible and the lady cleaning the tables was only using a rag and I want a refund, if this is how you run a franchise then you need to no longer be in business. The employees were rude and the food had looked like it was sitting out for a while and wasn't even fresh. Then they want to give you free cards to come back and eat, what in your right mind would think I would want to come back
