On March 25 2019 I made a purchase at Art Van. I was told by the sales lady she'd give me 20% off which my purchase was well over 3 grand. So I made the check out for the total she gave me. When the lady behind the counter was ringing it up a manager called and said she could only give me 15% off. My sales rep tells me that I will need to make out a new check for the new price and I told her i wouldn't that I'd go somewhere else. She also told me that they have lots of sales and within 30 days of my purchase they'd refund me the difference. Also gave me information on a free tv I would recieve for my purchase i made. That I would recieve an email within 5 days after the delivery. Well needless to say I've contacted Samira Farah, my sales rep twice once in reguard to the refund then the second time for both the refund and tv . She was suppose check and get back with me, that was 2 weeks ago. Then I contacted artvancustomercare where the tv was to come from they didn't have my email in their system. Told me i'd have to call Art Van to have them send my email to them. So I called them and told them the situation and thet were going to do that immediately That was a week and a half ago. I spoke with Hannah from the rewards program on Monday June 10th for which she sent it over to the department that would search for my voucher. Well needless to say they have never recieved my email. Yesterday at 11:40 I called Art Van and was waiting on the phone for 5 minutes and decided to leave a message. I asked for a manager to return my call in reguards to a situation that I am not happy with. I never recieved a call back. I am requesting my free tv and 5% discount that I was promised.
