I went to Taylor Kia in Lima, Ohio on June 06, 2021, looking to buy a car, the manager there was persistently trying to sell me damaged cars. He went through 3 damaged cars before my wife and I decided to go with the last one they had offered. The last one he offered was a Dodge Journey 2017 and the front end was damaged, I asked if they could get it fixed and they said they would do so. But as soon as I told the bank about the damages he got mad, told me to bring the loaner car back, and told me that the car I was purchasing was ready to pick up. When I got there, he pulled me into the office in front of my 10-year-old daughter and told his co-worker to take us home, and this was all because I wanted the damages fixed that were made previous to me even looking at the car. I still haven't received the $3,000 dollar I put down on that car, they are ripping me off. The reason I went into Taylor Kia in the first place is that I didn't have a car and my wife has a lot of medical issues going on, and he also got mad I had taken days off to take my wife to the hospital for her surgery.
Desired outcome: full refund and money for stress from the dealer ship
