8-31-21 - I originally spoke with Alecia, informing her that my dads front yard has a large number of weeds in it, along with bare spots. Tru Green put a weed application in June and it looks terrible. The back yard is fine. I requested someone come out and look at it before putting anything further on the lawn. I was then contact by Barbara. I went through the same explanation with her, indicating we are not happy with the results, that dad pays good money to have his lawn done and it looks terrible. I told her that we didn't want anything else put on the lawn until someone came out and looked at it and speak with my dad and I to determine what the issue is. Barbara told me dads next service date was 9-13-21. Barbara put me in touch with Tim, who called and set up an appointment with me for 9-7-21 at 3:30 p.m.
9-7-21 - I took off work early to attend this appointment and Tim did not show up and/or call. Dad, who is 92 indicated someone came over and put another treatment on the lawn around 2:00 p.m. which I was told was not going to be done until 9-13-21. He left dad with a torn piece of paper which was difficult to read and apparently showed what was put on the lawn. (not what they usually provide) and there was no a marker on the lawn to indicate treatment had been done. He told dad there is a problem in the front and dad asked him if he was the person I was meeting at 3:30 and the man said no. Dad said they needed to speak with me.
9-7-21 - I took off work at 3:00 to meet Tim at 3:30. He did not call and/or show up. I then contacted Tru Green again and spoke with Loretta, indicating my displeasure that I took off work to meet with Tim and he didn't show up and/or call. I told her they were not to do another treatment until someone came and looked at the yard - yet they did anyway. I told her until this matter was settled, dad is not paying for the treatment on 9-7-21. Loretta told me she was writing an email to Tim and to have him contact me to discuss.
9-8-21 - wrote up complaint - have not heard from anyone.

Desired outcome: We would like someone to come and look at dad's front yard and determine what the problem is. Everytime I've called, there is always a 25-30 minute wait for someone to respond to the call.
