This item was advertised as new. When I opened the box and pulled out the bars I saw scrap marks on all four towers. The scraps were in the paint, rubberized coating, and plastic covers. The item must have been damaged in the warehouse while packing it. With bare metal exposed, it will rust and drip rust down my car paint and likely seize up and stop functioning. I contacted ESC and they told me I did the damage and would compromise with 15% off. I tried to return the item and they make the costumer pay for return shipping and have yet to approve me return. Being this is a large item, return shipping is pricy. I would like to return this item with a full refund and free return shipping included.
