I have been a plasma donor for over 15 years. Broken Arrow , Ok center said i had a an issue with a sample stating i had syphillis! After years of successful donations (twice weekly) ive never had any issues until someone phoned in with false information. After being told that my blood sample was likely a false reading i was permanently deferred. After extensive testing of both me and my significant other nothing even came close to suggesting this claim. After offering to supply bloodwork results was told harshly that theres nothing that could be done. Not only the strain on my relationship but also my character begs me to question how medical professionals can make such a claim from a malicious phone call unless it was intentional. It has been a couple of years since this happened yet noone will provide me with documentation or anything for that matter. I mean i thought laws were in place to protect against such things.

BioLife Plasma Services - Nobody answers phone
I’ve called BioLife on Hillside Broken Arrow literally like 50+ times in 2 days to get results of 2nd protein test.? I never get a person but to leave a message and I do. Nobody calls back nor picks up phone. I am frustrated and see why you have such horrible reviews on Google. The nursing team is rude and never available, yet when I’m there they are “on break or eating”! I’m ready to go to another clinic and report your clinic to someone to investigate the nursing staff. They’re unprofessional and disrespectful. Yet unavailable to return calls & if you have to see one of them be prepared to wait an absorbent amount of time. Also, they don’t follow good privacy at clinic.
Desired outcome: Better nurses who answer the phone and respect patients.
BioLife Plasma Services - Deferred permanently
Its been a 8 yrs or so, since I've been to Biolife in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I thought I would start back donating again. I called to see what I needed to do to get started up again to donate. I was informed I was put on a deferred permeant list. I asked why and no one seems to be able to tell me why. I would like to know why I was put on this list.

BioLife Plasma Services - Appointment times vs. time in line
Please fix the appointment scheduling. I can block out a period of 3 hours if I'm told that an 11:00 appointment will last until 2:00. There is NO reason however, that it should take an entire day to make a donation. I schedule an appointment for 9:00 in the morning, and the line is so long that I can't make it in the doors until noon. Then there's another 2 hour wait to have my blood pressure and sugar tested - and after 5 hours of waiting, it's a metaphorical toss up about where my blood sugar will be - then ASSUMING my blood sugar was still good, another hour of waiting to go into the donation area, then the actual donation. By the time I make it out, I've spent 7 hours there without eating. And this happens EVERY DINGLE TIME. This isn't "part time that pays well." $10/hr isn't paying well, and 7 hours isn't part time. There aren't enough hours in the workday for me to do this after work, so I spend the entirety of both days off waiting in line. What is the point of making us schedule an appointment? Your company needs to fix the scheduling. If they can only see 20 people between 9 and 9:30, then only 20 people SHOULD BE SCHEDULED FOR THAT TIME. Not 50 people that they'll get to eventually, pushing back the people who were scheduled at 9:30 until 10 or 10:30. It is ridiculous and inefficient.
Desired outcome: Fix the scheduling system.

Oh man is this a horrendous tale. I can only guess this spawned over some (exploited/deleted) grudge someone had with you. The fact the organization simply took the word of someone and cut off your 15+ years of service is appalling.
