Arrived at drive-thru window 6:15pm and waited til 6:21 to place order. Ordered #6 - 3chicken planks, fries and extra hushpuppies as sides. Opened box to check order. No side of hushpuppies. Cashier asked another employee and she relayed info they were out of hushpuppies and gave us shrimp instead. Told her we don't eat that. She offered extra piece of chicken. I said OK and she took box to finish order. When I returned home my son opened the box to find 2 1/2 tiny pieces of chicken, NO FRIES, a burnt piece of shrimp and EXTRA HUSHPUPPIES. Did an employee possibly like to me and cashier that they were out of hushpuppies? I also asked for ketchup twice but none was in bag. Called store and asked for manager. Guy that answered said he was just the cook and said manager was busy - her name is Serra. He went ahead and put her on the phone. I asked if she was the cashier that was working the window and she stated she was the shift manager -- they do not currently have a manager as he was let go and another store manager is overseeing their store also, they have new employees they are training, etc. ---- NONE OF WHICH IS MY PROBLEM. This mess isn't Serra's fault as she is trying to do everything at the store as a shift manager -- they need a manager there as I always have issues with the time it takes to get my orders. Anyway, I paid $7.46 for this less than a meal -- I WANT $7.46 refunded to me. I should have got this for free. Mail check to Brenda Fisher, 104 Ashley Dr., Edmond, OK 73003. My son loves this place but I don't know if I want to ever visit it again. Generally takes at least 30 minutes in drive thru to get food and usually order is wrong.
