Clayton Homes - Modular home

I purchased a 2020 Clayton Modular home in 2020, they damaged the home setting it up. Refused to fix the damages. Also, many, many federal & state building codes violations which were never addressed. I have several third reports that prove everything I have stated above. I have made many demands to correct, and they just ignore any complaints they don't want label as warranty work. They damaged the steel beam under the house which provides structural support for the floor. All information has been provided to them with supporting documentation, they refused to honor their warranty obligations. They use the excuse my claims are outside the warranty period although it was reported during the warranty period. My husband is a disabled veteran and unable to fix most of these items, nor do we have the money to fix.

Desired outcome: Full restitution for all damages and code violation.
