Yesterday morning around 1100 (6 Jun 2023) I went to the Great Clips at Blvd Market in Midwest City, OK. An older woman with green or pink hair and lace up boots sat me in a chair and began to cut my hair. A few fast snips and I mean FAST! a couple of literal hits with the clippers and the drape was taken off and I paid for the haircut. I felt as if I were assaulted, the clippers were banged against my head, a couple of slaps to "pat" the hair down and this was a haircut? I'm nearly bald on one side of my head and have hair on the other side. This isn't right and I am not going to return to Great Clips if this is the way they treat repeat customers. I tip 25% as a rule and feel as if I was not just assaulted but robbed this past visit.
Desired outcome: Either a refund or certificate for another haircut.
