Supercuts - Services as a whole for Supercuts

I went into a Supercuts, in Oklahoma, close to where I live, and the service was horrible.
I went in, asking for a skin fade, and asked the woman to leave the top of my hair alone (which to that one she listened, and left alone). My hair was decently long, and any person doing hair would have taken at least 15 minutes or so for doing the fade, however she got done in 5 minutes, and managed to chop up the sides and the back of my hair, and let me walk out of that place looking messed up. I went home to check out my hair, and went back to that store. Told her I wanted my refund, and her coworker stood up for her and tried telling me that she couldn't see where the problem was.
And I'm like look, all I want is my money and I'll leave. Pretty easy right? No, instead I get told I would get no refund because of company policy, and that I would need to call corporate.

So I called corporate, told them everything and the best thing that they could do, was to give me a gift card. A gift card that I can use only for that store.

Sad part about those women was that, one was the manager, while the other one was Gm with 20 years "experience".

Desired outcome: Termination
