This is truly ethics and integrity top of the line securities act, my name is sharon brecht hunt this is going to be rather than a long very true playback of everything I and my dead mother that after all these years of my believing that she died under gods will, I finally put the true events that lead up to her death and disacover that this wasnt at all gods doing, I am a disabled person and I have rights under these circumstances i'm going to tell you all that care to hear this unethical case, my mother passed away a very long time ago on 02/10/2004 yes very long time ago but let me make you see how this is all very due today, my mother retired at age 67 from columbia memorial hospital located in astoria oregon 97103 about 6 months prior to her retiring is when she had came to wells fargo bank also located in astoria oregon well my mother was now close to having to complete her rollover and she was informed by her employer that she would have to transfer to bank of america, well my mother had made such a good relationship with wells fargo and she didnt want to leave so this trusting banker that my mother had really put all of her trust into this man he made some phone calls and so did my mother and the both of them where able to have things changed around so that this direct deposit of her retirement funds where being directly deposited into this wells fargo bank now, well you see my mother had became very ill this last year of her working at columbia memorial hospital so as she was setting this ira up here at wells fargo with this so very trusting banker my mother had named me the primary on this rollover that had completed with the irs, they signed off, she then named me the primary on this ira right there at wells fargo this banker also sold my mother a life insurance policy to go with this ira, it was my name that was primary on that also my mother had a simple will drew up and in this will that was on file with this ira and life insurance policy and the reason being why she put this will on file with this ira was only so that there would be no confusion to whom it was that was named the only executor of her estate should she pass away, that is why that will was on file. So then my mother started talking to this banker about her concerns for security you know that securities act, well my mother was really concerned for it and she wanted peace of mind that someone could not just come walking into this bank and take everything. Well this banker then right at that time told my mother about both of the tod and the pod that would make it almost impossible he said, I spoke up right then and asked him to elaberate on his almost comment he made, and he laughed and said it would be very hard for someone to do and left it at that, ok well my mother right at that time also made me the primary on both of those. Well I had been my mothers driver because her health had just so oddly turned terrible I didn't know any thing about what had truly took place or what she was needing right then that could have saved her life if she would have been receiving the right medical treatment for that wrong blood type transfusion that had been pushed on her to get. So anyways everything was set up there at wells fargo and my mothers health was falling rapidly and we contacted doctors in the portland oregon area and had arranged for her to go up to the hospital to have more testing done to see what was going on so I walk threw her door and shes just getting on the phone to her employer like she had did so many times before validating that she everything was in order in the event sher was to pass away then she hangs up the phone and says ok I made a quik appointment with my banker she said since you wont listen to me about me dying we are both going ot walk in there he knows we are coming and we arte going to sit down while he explains to you everything that you needs to di in the event I die while in portland, well that scared the hell out of me the way she said it and of course I started a argumemnt on how she was over reaching, she was not going to die I said, well she won this argument and we both went walking into this bank and sat down at this bankers desk. And he looked me straight in my eyes at that very moment yes sir he did.. And he said the first thing you need to do in the event your mother passed away in call this bank so that everything in transfered into the pod and no one can tough it, well my mother died 10 days later she really died.. I did just as this banker told me to do, I called this bank, I was told right then do not worry about a thing, everything is secured, no need to rush right in here, take care of business bring the death certificate in when things cool down, well I was never concerned about the safty I thought that was rediculous for my mother to be concerned over. I then go walking into this bank not 2 weeks had passed and this female manager is treating me like some retard that just walked in from the street with a deasth certificate in hand claiming me mother had a retirement account with this bank, my mother does not have nothing with this bank im confused, im mistaking, this manager is looking into the computer talling me there is nothing, and then I speak up and ask where is that banker that sat right there at that desk, she says he dont work her no longer, I said really, oh then she finds my mothers account she says here it is, its a empty checking account with a pod on it thats it therre is not ira no life insurance lets not forget that safe deposit box that she also had, sorry you are mistaking well my god I didnt know how all of this was to go down I thought for sure as many times as my mother called that employer they will straighten this all out so I call this employer, I speak with nichole williams she has the nerve to tell me right then after I have stood right by my mothers side as my mother is terlling me I am her witness I never knew what she was talking about everytime she said that and I didnt understand how any of this could be happenng now after my mother had did everything she did on making so sure everything was done correctly but I wasnt seeing anything straight I was traumatized exhausted, as I had been up packing my mothers belonging the contingent showed up acting all luving asnd caring, no money was not on my mind at that moment, yes I was the executor, the contingent says sharon im going ot take all moms inportant papers to my home and we can go over t all together later. My god the thought of a bank and a employer going along some hair brain contingents idea to steal everything that was rediculous impossible no bank and no employer is goingt to do that, well went I asked the contingent for those papers, she then swears up and down that she threw them all in the garbage swears even as much as swears on my dead mothers grave, well when she swore on my mothers grave I had to take her word but this is were this all comes into play, I have stayed in contact with this very bank like clock work threw out all of these masny years and this employer also because I knew what my mother had did, I was her driver I was right there threw every step, so its november 2019 I go to the astoria area, I go into this bank sit down at this bankers desk give him all the information, and of course and after him looking into his computer for the longest time clearly reading something he looks up at me ands says no im sorry we dont have nothng on your mother, so then I call this employer, I ask kelly who it was that my mother rolled over with, kelly goes on this story on how there wouyld be absolutly o one in this whole hospital that would know that, she says we wash our hands on all employees when they retire from here, wash our hands clean she says, well I already knew that my mother did as direct rollover meaning that employer handed the money diectly over to whom ever it was that mny mother completed her rollover with.. Right then as kelly went on and on the lights started coming on in my brain that something was up but I just thanked her for her time and hung up, well then not 10 minutes had passed and here the contingent is calling me on my cell phone I answer and she is laughing telling me to stop calling this hospital looking for mothers money they all had every thing within the first 60 days of my mothers death she went into great detail on everything that just sounded so unreal to ever happen that I didnt know wether I was to believe her or was she just trying to make me look crazy for ever saying anything like what she was saying took place. Well I can back home and I hired a investigator just to do alittle checking around.. Well you remember that manager swearing up and down to me my mother didnt have a ira at this bank, ya well shame on her for not honoring her job as she should have because there is was still sitting right where my mother set it all up with my name as the primary executor remember that ya well now it somew how had that contingents name on it for real right there, and still to this very day the contingent is still today collecting this very same ira, absolutly no doubt about it, the contingent can told me everthing now I am asking you where was the securities act for my mother or I the contingent laughs call me a retard tells me how money was exchanged all of this, well you know when I found out this all I contacted the occ of currency and told them everything and my god I was writing everything down on paper that I could ever recall was going on around my mother that lead up to her death just anything and everything I wrote it down on paper for the occ case I can not believe what has took place right infront of my eyes and I didnt know then it all so very clear, and I dont even know if im still missing a part of this because I have in my memory the contingent right after my mothers death, she asked me if I thought mothers death was delibrate as I know what I know today why would have she ever asked me such a question as that, I havent spoke to the contingent or that fraudulent durable power of attorney this probably is not making any sense to you and im sorry but ive been very wrongfully abused you have no idea what this last year and a half has been with the 20 plus corraspondance team members that have been assigned to this case, the whole year at the occ, first at the customer service group, well no back up here there whee at least 3 different wells fargo team membors on this case even before ther occ I had it at the other consumer protection place, this has been the worst unbelievable unethical untruthful set of team membors that where clearly put on this case, each and ever one of them saying that I never provided the certifdied death certificate, please, I have to send u the very same documents that every single one of them have used when I already provided over and over original correct documents but then get this, so I have even faxed these documnents to the customer service team at the occ right, wewll surly there has to be someone that would have enough brains in that office some where someone could validate that yes these are the true copys, seruiously I would hope there would be someone that could take 5 seconds and see the faxes that are coming in, m, but no, I cant believe this all what in the would is going on. I still dont get what the purpose of the occ was nothing was acheived the ombudsman he didnt even have a clue top what this case was about or what had took place so right now, this case is currently with yet another team membor that just cam on board 2 weeks ago now she requested that I go to the wells fargo bank in roseburg oregon and delive these documents to them, will someone please take this case by the balls and follow the trail to this very unethical inhumaine spit on my mothers grave disrespective nitemare I have been put threw, im sorry if this isnt making sence im very tied, you can find the truth of the no yvonne brecht ira at this bank by just taking a very close look at that direct deposit account that tammy ollila of claskanie oregon holds today, take a good look at where these direct deposits have been coming from, columbia luthern charities or evangelical luthernchurch in america, or prehaps principal financal group, look into where those direct deposits have been coming from, I garentee you they are tyed to columbia memorial hospital my dead mothers employer, yes sir investigate when it was that tammy ollila aquired this inherited ira that she is holding today, and by irs laws isnt the original owners name suppose to remain on every inherited ira, I believe so,
Month after month year after year, well fargo is sure in the hell not missed a profit earning of my dead mothes ira that surely where was anyone standing up
For her that is her money today that this bank allowed for this to happen, my god please stop this right now and give me what is legally by all laws mine today, please the securities act, ethics and integrity, seriously I have been put threw hell, why I ask
