Wow what a horrid site and experience when sellers on this site take advantage of you. There is NO corporate customer service, if you have been scammed by their sellers you are out of luck. Amazing they are in business at all. Totally nobody from the company is available, I hear they only have 11 employees for a company that makes millions. I received no direct information on my refund except the seller says he submitted one. But there is no refund or way to track it if ever it was submitted.
Desired outcome: I want my pay pal refund for an item the seller did not have in stock to sell but listed it as a salable item.
