I was shopping and I quickly noticed this man was following me. It was pretty obvious because he was going up to items right next to me and turning around and leaving while on the phone. I was panicking because I have a documented panic disordered. I was in check out and he stood right behind me on the phone in front of all the other customers giving my description and I was so embarrassed. I paid for my things and left and was then followed to my car because I forgot to ring up a bag of produce because I was so nervous and needed to get out ASAP. They followed me to my car and said I was guilty of stealing I had a receipt and I apologized I missed it and will go pay for it. They said no doesn’t work that way, and said the police were going to my house. I left the bag and half of the other groceries I paid for. As I drove away the man waved at me.
I have a panic disorder and ptsd because of that I flight and leave due to a traumatic abusive relationship and being forced into sex trafficking for almost 10 years.
That man triggered my anxiety so bad I had to leave ASAP, and that man treated me like crap.
I didn’t mean to I offered to go back and pay but they refused to let me so I just left most things even though I paid over $100 in check out..
Desired outcome: What that man did was a complete violation of my civil rights, treating me that way. Of course I panicked most people would In that situation. Zero compassion from him, nothing
Fred Meyer - Sexual predator by store employee Blake
A man was in the women's restroom at Fred Meyer at 3333 W. 11th Ave in Eugene Oregon 97402. Immediately I went to Customer Service to report it. An employee by the name of Blake said he was Gay and could be in any place he wanted in any restroom. He showed up to harass us five times since May 2022. He appeared at the Women's restroom for the last time we have reported it to Kroger.
Desired outcome: A formal written apology from Blake, store employee and he/she to be fired for sexual harassment and know criminal charges are pending. Sexual Predators should not work in public places. Customers are he/she victims.
Customers should not have to be sexually harassed by store employees. Store employees should use employee restrooms and leave customers alone.
I thought this only happened to me at the Stadium store location in downtown Portland! How terrifying to hear that this is an endemic, company-wide problem!
Even though I lied about Blake being a predator, he still disgusts me, he has a smaller weiner.
I have a confession to make. I am lying about Blake being a predator. He used to be my boyfriend and he broke up with me, so I made up lies about him being a predator and harassing women in their washroom.
That was me who posted. Anyways. I admit that I am lying about Blake being a predator because I hate him and we broke up.
I always knew that you were lying. I should forward this so he can take you to court.
Queers need to stay out of public places. The thing has no business being in public restrooms in person or under the stalls.
Blake, store employee is a predator!
It should be locked up in the closet!
It should be institutionalized! It should not be in public.
It was in the public restrooms under the stalls.
Fred Meyer - Customer service complaint
I recently was over charged for some items I bought which were in a 5 items for 99cents coupon deal there at Fred Meyers. I got home checked my receipt and noticed the over charges which were annoying so I called and spoke to someone whom told me to come back in and that the overcharges would be reimbursed back to me. I came back to the a Store that overcharged and was rudely dealt with by the clerk in the customer support desk. I believe her name was Charrise, I asked to speak to a manager who was I guess at the end of the desk area ease dropping whom loudly claimed she was not rude, thats beside the point. I needed somone who understood the overcharge and for it to be resolved. This person who spoke up and involved himself claimed he was a manager and wasn't clocked in it and that maybe I should shop at Walmart, and that maybe I thought I was better then themselves. I don't think anyone in customer support, human resources, manager or employee has the right to be that lame and rude for a fault that wasn't mine, it was an over charge which should have been easy to fix. I got picture of this so called manager his name was Joshua, I then over heard this manager tell the clerk who came to the desk and fix the error to hurry up the transaction, the clerk then gave me $5 dollars and receipt of that number, which wasn't even the right amount I was owed for the over charge. I and my partner where then followed out of the store like we were wrong; eventhough this was your store error at check out.
This was very rude and I would like to file a complaint towards the manager named "Joshua" and the clerk "Charrise" there at the W. 11th store.
Best regards,
Tyler Kersh

Fred Meyer - Dishonest business practice
At Fred Meyers gas at 3333 W. 11th Eugene Oregon 97402 I handed them my debit card and asked for $20 gas. My first purchase of the day. I checked my bank balance soon after and it was off by over $100! Fred Meyers gas, instead of keying in $20 has a default set at $125. They froze $125 dollars from my account with no warning and no authorization to do so. Now I have to wait two or three days before I get the money back. The very idea that you could have every cent that you have frozen for $20 gas is frightening and must be stopped immediately.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
On Wed., 7/12/2017 I bought gas at the Fred Meyers in Klamath Falls, Oregon. As I pulled in with my RV, the only pump available was behind an old black Winnebago RV with two cones placed behind it in the first pump so I pulled in ~5 feet behind the black RV to wait until he finished and departed. The attendant approached me and stated that the guy had overheated and would not be leaving any time soon and that he didn't want to "stress him out " so I couldn't use that pump and that is why the cones were set up to block the first pump which was operational - I pointed out that I was at that moment only feet from the pump and if it was working, I wouldn't even have to move for him to pump gas as that is the requirement in Oregon. He lashed back with an attitude and walked away saying "DO WHAT YOU WANT"! I answered, politely that it was Oregon and entirely up to him - he continued walking. Another attendant came over and filled up my tank - notably, he was meticulous about getting absolutely every ounce of gas he could into my tank - the black RV started up and the guy took off without difficulty and abruptly. There was a clear "wink and nod and laughter from your two attendants. Upon leaving, my RV was hesitant, missing, surging, underpowered on hills for the first time in 2000 miles - contaminated gas was the clear reason for this. I drove to Susanville with this issue the whole way and put 15 gallons of new gas and a can of SeaFoam from the local Walmart in and the problem resolved all the way to Minden, Nevada. So, here is the deal, something weird was going on at your Fred Meyer's and I stumbled into it - either a drug deal, gas heist, whatever and your attendant staff were complicit in the deal with the black RV owner. The pump was clearly down due to contamination with water in the lines and the guys basically did a screw you pal to me for interrupting their "game" - easy enough for you to confirm with the maintenance record and other complaints from people on that day. My RV has run absolutely smoothly since l left Susanville and since arriving back home - water in the gas was the culprit and your staff acted with malice. It is absolutely true that one person who complains connects with 80 other and it grows from there. I want to give corporate responsible parties at Fred Meyers the chance to look into this but the friends I have told thus far were pretty vocal about their reaction and response to your store in question. If I do not hear back in 5 business days fro you, I will report this to the Oregon attorney general as described and suggest an investigation of that store and I will certainly tell as many people as I can about the episode. It is up to you, as I will be heading up to Seattle and Tacoma several times this year and will spread the message far and wide so people can evaluate for themselves how they view your store - and your service recovery practices - choose wisely - A now quite militant consumer instead of a happy customer.
