Was sent to T-Mobile on Lancaste Drive, Salem OR for getting a problem on my phone fixed as phone service couldn't help
I wasn, 't told for one that they had moved.
I am disabled. No disability parking near door. Door hard to open using walker.
Gentleman who worked there greeted me a what can I do for you, no name tag could be seen.
I was explaining what was showing up on my phone and not going away. he never asked to look at phone to look at it or have me show him. He just said nothingI can do for you. There's the door.
I thought him rude.
And will never go back to that center ever again.
