Sheetz

I work close to the Sheetz store located at 678 Frankstown Rd. Altoona, PA 16601. I am a "regular" at this store. Every Friday and Saturday evening I stop after work and purchase alcohol. It is convenient and quick. Most of the stops at this location, however, have become very uncomfortable. This evening 10/07/2023 at 11:00 p.m. the supervisor as well as other team members very forwardly mocked me because of something I mentioned coming in the door. The only difference from this trip compared to previous ones, they openly made fun of me. Having a supervisor engage with a team member very obviously targeting while still being in the vicinity, I do not believe I have been more humiliated. I work in customer service and have for multiple years. People who continue to come back are an asset to the company. For that specific reason, as a customer service representative, I learn those customers. When they come back around regardless of the tip left, I greet them and I do what my job is meant to do.

I am visiting family and stopped here for a late night bite and I got the most nastiest brat I have ever purchased before. I would be ashamed to serve a food item that looked the way this did as well as tasted. Oh yeah I got gutsy and tried it to just spit it back out. I'm honestly disappointed. I will no longer purchase from that location again.
